1) Ordering from www.silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk 1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use this site in conjunction with and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. 1.4 Please contact us at payments@silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk if you would like to place an order using personal cheque. 1.5 Prices are in pounds sterling. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax due. 1.6 While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 1.7 We aim for next business day despatch. 1.8 When your good have been despatched we will send you a confirmation email confirming date and method of despatch. 1.9 You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. 2) Supply 2.1 Products are subject to availability. We will refund any money already paid if we cannot supply the product. 2.2 We reserve the right to refuse to supply any products ordered. 3) Payment 3.1 Payment can be made by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa etc.), Debit Card (Mastro, Visa Debit etc.) or E-check (via Paypal). For your protection we have chosen Nochex and Paypal as our payment solution partners due to them being industry leaders and the fact that they are well trusted. 3.2 Please note that there is no need to sign up for an account to use Nochex or Paypal. 3.3 Paypal has been offered as a payment option for those customers who already have accounts with them or prefer to use their services. 3.3 When you complete checkout you will be taken to an online secure payment server. 3.4 For your protection Nochex payments are checked for participation with 3D Secure - the leading 'internet authentication protocol' designed by Visa and MasterCard. 3D secure can be thought of as an online version of 'chip and pin' technology, whereby the cardholder has a personalised password registered with their card that is input during the checkout process. 3.5 Paypal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security 3.6 Silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. 4) How do I pay for my order? 4.1 Detailed below is a step by step process of how to make payment. 1) When you have chosen the items that you would like to purchase go to "View Basket" and click the green "Checkout" Button. 2) You will then need to complete your invoice information, unless you have already registered with us, in which case you can just log in to your account through the Welcome Guest option on the left hand side of the screen. 3) You then need to click the green "Submit and continue button" on the bottom of the screen. 4) You will then be shown the items in your basket and you need to click the green "Place Order Now" button. 5) Then on the next screen click you will be given a choice of either Paypal or Nochex . Make your selection and press on the green "Make Payment" button. 6) This takes you directly to the Payment Solution Partner chosen, in order for you to make payment. 7) Once you have made payment, you will then receive an Order Acknowledgement email from us and payment confirmation from Paypal or Nochex. 8) Your order's status will have changed from pending to processing. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. 5) Refunds 5.3 To cancel the contract, you must first inform us within 14 days of delivery. You can inform us by email (support@silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk) or post at Silverbacks Monkey House, 7 Elaine Avenue, Marton, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 4LD. Following cancellation, goods must be returned to us in original unused condition including packaging (with any seals and shrink wrapping intact). 6) Privacy 6.1 We at www.silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the SafeBuy Code of Practice. 6.2 We collect information about you in order to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). 6.3 The information we hold may include: Your name; Address; Phone Number; Email Address; Credit/Debit Card Details; Other Information necessary for processing your order. You can disable cookies in your browser but some of our website functions may then be unavailable to you. 6.6 Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there ia a legal requirement for us to do so. 7) Security 7.1 Your security is extremely important to us and for this reason all areas of our site where personal or sensitive information is display is protected behind a PositiveSSL certificate. 7.2 This can be seen by looking at the https:// prefix. This lets you know that you are on a secure website. 7.3 Our SSL certificate is obtained from Comodo - a very well trusted SSL certificate provider. 10) Pre-Orders In the case of any items being made available to pre-order the following conditions will apply: 10.1 All Pre-Orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering to secure your purchases. 10.2 Any dates given for delivery of pre-orders are estimated and may be subject to change owing to matters beyond our control e.g Manufacturer Delays, Supplier Stocks etc, we will notify you, by e-mail, of any delays immediately as soon as we are aware of them. 10.3 If for any reason we cannot supply your order within 14 days from the original "Due Date" displayed on our Pre-Order Items then will give you the option of either continuing to wait for your order or receiving a full refund. We will not refund any monies within the first 14 days of the "Due Date" as we see this as a reasonable waiting period. Any disputes for refunds during this 14 day period will be contested and may result in your account with us being closed. 10.4 We will only accept cancellation of pre-orders up to 14 days prior to the scheduled "Due Date". In these cases a full refund will be given immediately. 10.5 If you intend to order any items other than Pre-Order Items please place a seperate order to ensure that you get your goods within a reasonable time frame. |
